Fiber-Reinforced Composite Filling
Polyethylene or glass fibers act as an internal skeleton within the resin matrix. Similar to the 'reinforced concrete' principle in architecture, this system distributes chewing forces throughout the tooth and stops crack propagation. It creates a minimally invasive internal support barrier, especially in posterior teeth with cusp loss, protecting the tooth before a full crown.
