Sinus membrane is gently pushed up and bone graft is placed underneath. Vertical bone volume required for implant placement is created; implant phase follows bone integration process (4-6 months).

Estimated duration: Procedure takes 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on complexity. Fusion of added bone graft with host bone takes 4 to 9 months.
